Cloture only requires 51 votes. If we can’t get cloture then Kavanoaugh is done anyway.
If true, this is a sneaky way for those threee to say that they did not vote against him. Republican Party ought to reduce campaign funds for Murkowsky and Collins to zero. But they won’t.
