Congrats. A huge percentage of alcoholics—particularly military types—are tons more hard-headed & stubbornly cemented in their DENIAL than you seem to have been. Very impressive. However, with any kind of history and particularly with a likely genetic contribution—strictly limiting to 2 in 24 hours might be extremely wise.
