I don’t know what to make of it ... but remember there was a “Q” post along the lines of there are more good than bad and people, when given a chance, choose wisely.
The LG I’ve despised is the no name butt boy ... this is the LG that came to prominence as House Impeachment Manager, the former JAG officer, the person that became Senator for South Carolina.
Somebody above here or elsewhere said it’s how Kim Jong Un appeared to become liberated -this is the same thing.
