I have never known a PhD to sound so insecure and demure. Never. They always have an attitude of extreme confidence even when they are full of BS. Husband caught something about the investigator questioning her about flying everywhere and her lawyers butted in saying that was privileged info. Weird. Didn’t hear so can’t explain.
The polygraph questions are terrible. No followup from Mitchell. How was this guy selected? What were you told about him?
She doesn’t know who paid for the polygraph - it was done the day of or day after her grandmothers funeral
And who did pay for that polygraph? Hillary Clinton?
I suspect our forefathers would not have been so patient.
Tagline
HA - can’t even remember if the polygraph was on the day of her grandmother’s funeral or the next day....
That had to do with the offer from congress to come to her and who/was she advised of the offer. Her counsel felt that intruded on client/counsel confidentiality I guess. He’s done that a few times and in every case she ended up answering it to some degree anyway. I think he’s just trying to eat up time.
Was happy to see Grassley pause the clock a couple times when they were delaying.
Two questions are a lot of questions?!
Not sure why they are breaking for 30 minutes for lunch - not enough time to get anywhere to eat or even scarf down a sandwich really...besides ain’t no one likely eating...mainly discussions and coaching will go on
I am so glad that y’all are watching this instead of me. I’d be throwing stuff at the TV by now, I’m afraid. It’s gotten to the point that I scream at the TV when known lib-hack Williams starts talking.
seemed to me the point in time they were speaking of was supposedly before the point when she got her attorney.
Mitchell is methodical - it doesn’t work well in this format. When I’ve seen this done before, in other hearings, they give the questioner a block of time; but that’s not happening here because DEMs don’t have.
In any event, there is method here - and is exposing lies
1) the stereo was on loud during the incident so her voice couldn’t be heard but she could hear anything / everything
2) she didn’t walk home (16 miles) after all but can’t remember who drove her and nobody has since come forth to remind her
3) her home has a second front door for the Google interns they rent the space to.
4) She’s traveled by plane numerous + frequent times, as recently as weeks ago
5) The polygraph test - consisting of two questions was grueling! all she can remember was that “it was all over me”, the exact same wording as her allegations about the boys.
And she can’t remember who paid for the polygraph test (Rush thinks it was WP or NYT)
Uhhhhh, except those who are:
1. Willfully blind;
2. Consumed with delusion;
3. Thoroughly emotionally/psychologically brainwashed;
4. Addicted to gallons of Kool-Aid/day;
5. Have a low IQ or function politically as though they did.
6. Residing virtually totally in poorly thought-through fantasy-land wishful-thinking, la-la-land-utopian absurdities . . .
Save for Later
Good points. I stand corrected.
I am tired of slow-moving text scrolling over boring pictures with hokey music playing in the background. Is there a TEXT so us speed-readers can quickly get to the meat and potatoes?
