Typical loonies in the UK...a few days ago, I shot an alligator in my pool...alligator meat is good...

After Hurricane Hugo (with power out) a neighbor cooked up a huge batch of alligator tail from his defrosting freezer. (He was from Louisiana.) Breaded, deep fried, layered in a box with raw onion rings. All the flavors kind of steamed together. Of course, we brought a bunch of thawing steaks. Other neighbors brought stuff. Darn fine meal. The alligator tail was wonderful...a very pleasant surprise.

I could not agree more.

I went to Tom Brown’s survivalist camp in NJ a few years back. I learned a lot of things that I should be practicing now!

If you can make it out there...highly recommended. :)

NJ !!! Yeah that place requires you go to “Survival Camp” just to be in the State boundaries.

We moved out of NJ in 1969 to Houston. I was only 8. I’ve done My “Time” in NJ.

Waste not, Want not.
