What I can understand is that there have been a lot of hoaxes over the years. And I bet that most everyone of us started out as if that was what this was. Until I saw indisputable proof that it was coordinated with Donald Trump then I remained pretty skeptical myself. So many Q posts are verifying now. Yet there are so many people that you can never convince no mater the evidence. If Trump came right out and said that Q is the real deal then I don’t know what those people would do. Would they even believe him?

By design. While I firmly believe Q is part of the Trump alliance, I also recognize it as a psychological segment of the war on the deep syndicate. Don't doubt this is war, and don't doubt that virtually all sophisticated modern wars have very sophisticated psychological operations to support the war effort. The gangster scum have the Mockingbird media, we have Trump's tweets and Q, and a handful of allies in media.
What is the mission of the Q team? I believe it is multi-faceted. Partly it is build morale of the patriot core (we know who we are), and simultaneously reassure the patriot core that a very well-thought-out plan is unfolding to use legal means to cut the head off the global serpent. This reassurance may become crucial to the preservation of order when the true scope and depth of our betrayal by the syndicate is systematically revealed, and passions will run very high.
Another facet of the Q mission is to confuse, demoralize and frighten the minions of the syndicate. The syndicate knows Q is real and their frantic censorship of all things pro-Q proves it.
The most important thing any of us can do is follow Q’s lead in digging into base reality (as opposed to globalist spin) of current events and recent history.
Other than educating ourselves and others, and spreading awareness via the Internet tools available, what else would you have us do? Should WE be the ones who initiate the shooting phase? I vote no.
For one example of Q people speaking out actively, look up Patriot Soapbox 24/7 on Youtube, while it’s still allowed on the platform. It’s manned 24/7 by volunteers digging very deep into the nuts and bolts of draining of the swamp and destroying the globalist syndicate.

You are exactly right about that. Q also knows that the media will NEVER report the things they should. For example yesterday, I saw the news on FR that the FISA warrant would be declassified and released an hour or so before the news came on. Never saw anything reported about it. Not reporting news is also a propaganda technique.
The media can only be trusted to cover up for the deep state cabal.
