Kavanaugh Classmate Named in Letter Strongly Denies Allegations of Misconduct
The Kavanaugh classmate quoted in the New Yorker is Mark Judge, a writer in Washington, D.C. Judge spoke to THE WEEKLY STANDARD Friday afternoon, strongly denying that any such incident ever occurred. "It's just absolutely nuts. I never saw Brett act that way," Judge told TWS.
The other guy has called BS on the whole thing. Says it never happened.

Witness to the act? The man that’s been reported to have been there says it didn’t happen.
If the other guy says he was there, Kav is toast.
However, I think he should still be confirmed. Even if every word is true. He and his friend pushed her onto a bed, attempted drunkenly to pull of her bathing suit, covered her mouth with a hand, in high school? Dumb stunt but I bet we have had many people on the Supreme Court who did worse in high school.
If he were credibly accused of raping a 4 year old or murdering someone, we could talk. There was no rape, no attempted rape. These boy school boys didn’t know what they were doing; they were being boorish and unkind. They were drunk kids. They didn’t pursue any crimes.
(And I don’t like Kavanaugh - but even if he were a leftist, I don’t think high school horny drunk boys playing at a party is reason not to confirm.)
