He is playing to an audience. Fake news will say he is doing this illegally and is fake. But people that actually watch it will enjoy a fat juice burger with some popcorn. I dont much will come of it though.
Not much can come of any of it as long as the criminals are the ones running the Department of Justice.
The DOJ/FBI need a very thorough housecleaning and Jeff Sessions will not do it.
