See how long your company keeps you on if you ask this simple question during a corporate diversity training event:

Can you identify and quantify a specific increase in overall revenue based on your hiring of my co-worker as compared to the hiring of me?

Can you quantify the impact to the EBITDA if my co-worker leaves the company compared to my leaving the company?

Is my co-worker more or less valuable to the revenue stream than I am?

Or you can ask the question I once asked at a senior management meeting in my old company:

"I keep hearing all this talk about the value of diversity in this company. We do a lot of work under government contracts. Does anyone in this room think it's a good idea to hire people from countries where it is culturally acceptable to bribe public officials?"
