I dunno, he definitely looked the part, but I though he had zero charisma. Maybe it was the script/director holding him back, but he is pretty dull in everything I’ve seen him in.

I kind of liked Superman vs Batman (the Director's Cut), but I thought Man of Steel was incredibly boring. Endless shots of guys being punched and flying across the screen, with CGI buildings exploding. You really can have too much action in a film.

I agree. I hated him in the role. Glad he is gone. Now if they could only manage to make a watchable movie now would be a plus!!!
