The nurse looks, profile anyway, looks like Chelsea Hubbell! Libel! From the profile, she is clearly doing something caring for a fellow human being, and hence is being useful for society. That looks NOTHING like Chelsea Hubbell!

Blunt force trauma to a shark's gills is how porpoises kill them when attacked. A shark is all cartilage, no bone, and the porpoises hard noses damage their gills so badly they suffocate.
Looks like this tactic works well enough in a pinch for home sapiens as well.
