The harvesting of pineal glands of of human sacrifices and the chemical adrenochrome are not mentioned in Q drops, but are encountered when researching Satanic ritual sacrifice. Before it was purged from the internet, I had a link to an article about Hunter S. Thompson who was alleged to have participated in really nasty stuff and to whom the mention of adrenochrome was usually attributed. He was said to have made it up, but if the allegations about his actual personal life are true, it was probably not fiction.
I think I’ve seen, since then, wildly distorted images and accounts of machinery attached to victims to extract adrenochrome etc. and I think that’s shills runnin’ it off the rails and making it even more bizarre than whatever the truth actually is. In Satanic ritual abuse accounts, the person is tortured to elevate a chemical (adrenalin, adrenochrome) in the victim before killing them. That said, it’s possible the torture was “justified” with accounts of chemicals that aren’t true, maybe they just LOVE to torture?
This possibility reminds me of a video about an real tribe (South America or Africa) which was the object of study. The shaman would go crazy and do things/say things after taking what seemed to be an imaginary drug.
