Add in the fallout of no name and this transformation has been apparent. This scene doesn’t even require Huma actually giving Lindsey anything or he giving her anything either. The appearance and possibility is there & will shake the DS to its core ... and with limited communications and other pipelines increasingly shutoff ... PANIC & PAIN certainly seem in order here. I’d imagine a conversation with Huma could be something like, “we said NO DEALS. The deal is you go hug Lindsey at the show”. Or with these other actors (to include other DS) also involved (they’d love to help!). It seems like numerous people all around there know what’s going on or clearly recognize something is happening - the embrace itself is a shocker! Not something we’ve seen everyday ... or any day for that matter. And above noted there are multiple camera angles in play here & I’d noticed (at least) two - now I believe there (at least) three - one when they first come together, another when she leaves and a third when Lindsey goes to whisper in Kelly’s ear. I suspect the white hats will now have a field day seeding the compromised channels with all kinds of rumor and messaging that the gig is up! Huma’s flipped! We’re going to need more popcorn ;)

Lindsey Graham is a coward and knows the jig is up. He jumped from Derp State (McCain) to the white hats to try to save his narrow ass.
Huma is sent (by Hillary) to make a display in front of EVERYBODY (Derps, White Hats, cameras, God, and the world).
The message was, "Oh no you don't little man!"
And that's why Kelly and Mattis gave him the stink eye and Kelly did the "I see you" finger to the eye.
And that's why Lindsey looked so guilty when the moslem Hillary Derp State handler ran up in his face with such an obvious display.
