This may confirm or dash to pieces one of my pet theories: that RR signed the 4th FISA for the PURPOSE OF GETTING THIS 20 PAGES INTO the LEGAL RECORD--which he knew would eventually become public ... signaling the LEADING EDGE OF THE STORM.
My "Evidence" for this is reading into a response RR gave to a question ... when he said (paraphrasing from memory): "Absolutely officers had to personally vouch for the info in the warrant application in order for me to sign it."

I like this theory as well. It also fits in nicely with the hints that Obama may have had his pardon pen fired up before leaving office. If RR played the derps that would mean a new crime that would not, could not, be covered under any Obamination pardon.
