I believe this will be the method used to communicate directly to the people after turning off the MSM/DS fake news torrent. Blackout? FCC purged yet? The 80% who 'don't want to get involved' will obey their TVs/Phones/etc as they have already been conditioned to do and won't be a problem. Cellular service for certain groups and individuals would probably be interrupted as well.
