I think it’s Hillary. I think she looks thinner because of the camera angle. Plus, she’s wearing black, which is always slimming. If it’s not Hillary, she sure has that smile/smirk down pat. The one you want to just slap off her face.
Both might be the body double. Guessing she doesn’t have the stamina nor desire to attend funerals. Especially considering her own health concerns.
