McCain wasn't a Veep....I knew Vice President Mon-Dull, and McNoName was no Mon-Dull, sir......he was much worse......
I wouldn't insult Fritz. Mondale had a sense of humor, proclaiming himself as the only major party candidate to lose elections in all 50 states after that Wellstone stand-in loss. He lost the other 49 against Reagan and only needed Minnestota to complete the 50.
In fact, I met him when he was ambassador to Japan under Clinton and actually found him to be both cordial and charming.
Cordial, charming and sense of humor would never be words to describe McCain.
