If women want to kill their unborn baby, they can. Men are not even in the equation. No right.
If women want to keep the baby, they can. Men have no rights to any equal decision.
If a woman wants to put the baby up for adoption, but the man wants the baby to raise, he has no rights to adoption even being the biological father.
If she wants the baby and he does not, he has no rights to not pay child support. Courts do not hound the mother for child support to make sure she is allocating er own personal money every month for the child.
She can do anything she wants, a man has zero rights to decide anything. He has no equal rights at all compared to a woman when it comes to reproductive rights. Even the libtards acknowledge this point.

It's reasonable to say most of the responsibility is probably on the women, as women become less dependent on men and more emotionally, socially and financially isolated (autonomous).
It is interesting that 18 to 21 years of financial responsibility for the father tracks back to conception, but the right to protect his baby from death by dismemberment does not [abortion laws].
A father who abandons his child is subjected to draconian consequences, while mothers are given a free pass to abandon their children [safe haven laws].
Adoption processes are set up to be as difficult as possible for an unwed father to be aware of an adoption - of his own child - much less be able to stop it.
