Isn’t MKUltra very old school, like from 30+ years ago? Yes, the guy wouldn’t say if he was an MKUltra target (how would he know), but I suspect that a more modern version isn’t called that any more.

yep and even then it’s very dubious. As noted above, it’s like they’re saying what they think / depict an anon to say. Just repeat in a “hick” voice and make it sound really stupid. I think prior suggestion from “Q” along the lines of follow the therapist(s) may be applicable here. Fortunately, as also noted above, the guy is in custody (for now) & hopefully white hats have under control + let play out however it has or did (still very confusing! which decode was incorrect?)
