Questions: How can someone violate a “security” classification when the only reason for the “classification” is to prevent disclosure of information that is not national security in nature but describes criminal conduct by our government? Are all individuals who are making, using, and hiding behind this phony national security charade guilty of conspiring to defraud the government (American citizenry) out of their just and faithful services?
Nunes is subject to the law just as is POTUS and all Americans. Only POTUS has the power to declassify and POTUS has declassified a limited amount in the FISA matter, enough to show unequivocally the FISA warrants rested on a bed of lies concocted in the Russia Dossier. That’s enough to start prosecution for fraud, for possible sedition and treason.
