1. 4th FISA has RR signature, which ties his approval to it for good or bad 2. It again appears that the Dossier was the primary evidence

This last is really iffy

3. Would it include anything (however unspecific) about the other paid informants? Including the date they actually began the investigation?...

could be that [RR] signed off on FISA 4 to harvest a copy of previous 1,2,& 3 to collect as evidence?

or, could it be [RR] signed off on FISA 4 to entrap a dirty FISA judge??
