Yeah, it’s that YouTube video entitled “This Video Will Get Donald Trump Elected” that comes from a Trump speech in 2016.
Starts with Trump saying, “Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt political establishment with a new government controlled by you, the American people.”

That video is the first link in the table at the top of the thread. I searched the text of his speech and it is attributed to his campaign rally at the South Florida Fairgrounds and Convention Center, Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, in West Palm Beach, Fla.
