SO ... here was the newspaper. We've seen it has semi appearance of being legit from the web site. The reporter is supposedly the small town newspaper's court guy and he supposedly learned about this because of an arrest / arraignment.
I've tried searching for news things on this stuff again ... and, again, nada. Nothing. Zilch. There is still only one source for anything + everything.

It would appear, from the public records that service reveals, the guy's LEGAL NAME is Jeffrey B Manley
His ALIASES are "Jeffrey Gardner Boyd" and "Jeffrey G Boyd"
If / as that's the case - then why didn't the "reporter" getting his data from the "court" and "arrest records" use the LEGAL NAME? The arrest would be made in the LEGAL NAME with the aliases alongside.
We have just left the twilight zone!
