I suspect the insurance company is going to go with actuarial tables. Males, trans or not, are more reckless drivers than females. A case like this might just be the pin that pops the transgender balloon.

If there are others explanations are any of these “rights” in the category of not being imprisoned without a trial or being able to speak, pray, and assemble according to one’s beliefs?
Or has the definition of “right” become as meaningless as the word “racism” and it’s just a way to stop discussion?
If “rights” becomes meaningless, then the right to bear arms is the equivalent of the “right” to pick a bathroom. Maybe that’s the real goal - to render the meaning of “rights” meanliness and thus the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

The whole concept of "transitioning" from one gender to another complete with surgery, hormones, etc., is passé these days. Now it's all about "gender fluidity" "pangender" and whatnot. Basically, identifying as whatever gender you feel like at that particular moment and nobody can say anything otherwise about it.
They’ve been mad at cross-dressing drag queens, too. How dare those men dress as women and present as women but not identify as women!
Same with Life insurance. It’s only an issue if it adversely effects women. There are a lot of similar things that agree men over, but nobody cares.

First off, what exactly is their cause? As a conservative who lives among a very liberal family, I ask them what the cause is and they don’t even know. If this is “you must accept me because I am very different from you” sorry pal, I really don’t give a squat what you are.
