A “bio-terror attack” would play very well into their hands right now. And the most frightening thing isn’t what could happen, but that the suggestion was probably tabled in early 2016 and stands as a contingency on someone’s desk...someone who still has a job on the inside...

If they’ve got something, they’ve got two things:
1. The agent
2. The vaccine
Whatever they release, it needs to move fast. +70% communicability / 70% infection rate would do it.
There was an Ebola Reston strain that only killed monkeys. It had a communicability rate of 100% and an infection rate of 100%. You have to know they took a sample of that bad boy. Doesn’t infect humans (unless someone’s been playing with their genetic building block set).
I’m shocked something hasn’t happened sooner. I think one of the issues is that an infection would take a ton of logistical overhead. You want to kill the wrong people (citizens, patriots, mud people, white trash, all of Africa, etc) and keep the right people (Harvard, Yale, genius, etc.)
