What about atty client privilege?

I thought what was discussed between atty & client was
sacred.

Why isn’t the lawyer in trouble for breaching privilege?

A so called audio recording between an attorney and his client discussing payment to a certain US citizen...That’s hysterical. Isn’t this the same same thing OUR Congressmen have been doing for years? Big difference here is the man in question was not in office at that time!!! Clinton News Network is pathetic.

It is indeed privileged. It should have required a court order to get their filthy claws on it.

Which, of course, would have meant a hearing in front of a political hack of a judge who would grant the government’s request.

And, thus, we have come full circle.
