I see Q has been a busy boy today and lots of juicy goss is out. I'll catch up then jump in. Or take a nap, not sure which. Anyway, I wanted to share a real life experience I had while out and about today.
So there I was, standing in line at an ATM when this dude at the machine turns around and sees me. He gets all excited (not because I'm so pretty, which I am) when he sees my shirt with the biggo Q and "where we go one, we go all" on it.
So we start choppin' it up. Now, this dude is a 20 something with a shaggy doo cut closer on one side than the other and maybe a scruffy beard, I forget. He had some kind of Jerry Garcia tie died shirt, short pants, and a leg tattoo.
Turns out, the dude is an 8chan nerd of all things. I told him I was a FreeRepublic geezer (he did make a comment that its good to have "older people" (hahahaha) on board. I told him it was good to see young people being patriots. I said that some of my oldsters think you 8chan nerds are crazy. He said, yea, we are, "I'm crazy." He made a comment that it was good to have complete freedom of speech and that's what you get when there is complete freedom.
At the end of our fine chat, we shook hands and he told me, "Where we go one, we go all."
It was bizarre to me. In my mind, I had this vision that 8channers lived far away in basements somewhere. We don't have basements in California (for the most part). But there was a real live 8channer right in front of my face in the flesh. It was startling.
But it's good to put a face on our allies. And it's really good to know that people you may have had a certain stereotype about turn out to be your brothers.
This #GreatAwakening is the real deal, guys. That's my takeaway.
