OK It was 72 seconds on twitter.10 days after the 4th of July he said it was a mirror.So I thought 20 days from the 4th.10 plus 10 plus the 4th equals the 24th.I felt confident and about it and posted it.

He just said mirror to this post.I edited this so as not to show direct links. More 11. Weird. I took a screen shot of Q's last drop from q (see previous Tweet, this thread) and it was #1720 but now it's showing as drop #1702, which is correct. Must've been operator error at qpub .
