I repeat: There is NOTHING IN THE DOCUMENT THAT EVEN SUGGESTS THIS CONCLUSION. They quote Clapper in an interview, for example, where he says Russia has been interfering since 1960. (A good trick, since “Russia” didn’t exist until 1990s.)

That's just based on a prelimnary skim. Looks like this may be as we have been told. Hillary and the deepies planted stories in the media then used those stories as the basis for this warrant.
