When I was a kid in the 50s my Mom used to make soft boiled eggs for me for breakfast that were swimming in butter.I also remember big cans of Crisco in the kitchen.
I guess I have her to thank for my 4 heart attacks! ;-)

Au contraire friend. Fat does not cause heart attacks but your mom, dad, four grandparents, etc. might have.
Heart condition is more hereditary than its of us think. That, plus our less active, though Im betting your dad, uncles and grand dad probably suffered early heart failures.
