One of the Russian companies DID go to court, as I understand it. I posted a link earlier in the thread. However, I am not sure of the implications of the outcome.

Yep, they showed up with shiny attorneys to answer the charges. Then they filed discovery motions to find out what Mueller’s got on them. But Mueller doesn’t want to give up his evidence due to “national security”. I’m sure he’d like the judge to just take his word for it and rule in his favor, but instead he’ll probably do nothing for as long as possible and then punt.
