And the officer's charge against Greene.
After accusing me of blocking the door of an ambulance that had been called to the scenetoward which he had prodded me during our encounterand saying something about me obstructing officers

No. State agents must be more constraind in their actions than private citizens, in fact.

Later they did the weaselly thing of still mailing out the fines, and telling people they could pay by mail, or if they didn't, an officer would be sent around to issue a ticket in person at an additional expense to the suspected violator. So they replaced unconstitutionality with blackmail. Prosecutors do the same thing. You can plead guilty and accept the plea bargain (even though innocent) or you can go to trial and risk ten times the penalty, plus being bankrupted by the legal costs.

The break dancing FBI putz got his gun back this week.
Answer your question?
To: colorado tanker
Yes he did and I expect his charges to be reduced to a misdemeanor so that he can keep it.

In Everett, WA a police officer shot a man who was unarmed and seated in his vehicle in a restaurant parking lot. This came after he shot a homeowner investigating a disturbance in his backyard.
He skated on both, and retired on his pension.
So, yeah, unless you drive drunk (and then you have to be super, super drunk), you’re pretty much above the law.

I have known both very good LEO and some very bad.
