Those stories in #13 are true by themselves. That's not my problem. The story and reasoning that ties them all together to claim a conspiracy is as fake as the Steele dossier. That's what my links are about.
Wikileaks is reluctant to publish anything on Russia for rear of retaliation. There is no way no name U.S. websites have been getting classified Russian SVR intelligence for years and no one noticing or caring. Why isn't that obvious?
