What you point to here is a MAJOR problem in this country and most everywhere else in the world. I’ve been saying for years that the entire criminal judicial system is RIGGED in the sense that the revolving doors on jails and prisons is purposely designed to generate business and huge profits to the legal and judicial communities in this country. Violent criminals should spend HARD time, and by that I mean many years at hard labor with no weight rooms, TV rooms, libraries, game rooms, swimming pools, and other niceties of modern life. Put the bast*rds on chain gangs again with a diet of stale bread and dirty water once a day.
