I think the angle is that guy wins the governor seat, then hypes immigration and gun control over the state.
Probably for more control of the Secretary of state. Florida is always a close electoral vote. Close enough that a little fraud in counting the votes is worth it.
It’s not who votes, it’s who counts the votes.
The governor appoints the state Secretary of State, who oversees elections.
This was done to further enable vote fraud.
