Lucille Holt is the one who hired the kids. She’s taking the video. She shows her lawn, where she’s standing, and then pans to her neighbors sweeping their driveway. They are the ones who called the police.
What’s sad is that the kids made an honest mistake. The lawn is not divided between the houses, so the kid kept going.
