I think one of ValJar’s parents was black.
Both of her parents have black American ancestry and neither of them have any Iranian/Persian ancestry.
I have to give it to Roseanne. I am not a fan of hers, but I truly did not know ValJar was black or of any African ancestry. Can’t be much. Genetically probably only 25% at best. She doesn’t look it. I am surrounded by Iranians here and she would fit right in. I thought she was Iranian only. But I always saw ValJar as a lizard, not an ape.
