THIS is why Comrade DeDumblASSio chose this schools chancellor: they speak the same language--COMMUNISM. I have yet to read one single word--one single SYLLABLE--about improving anything academic attributed to this Mexican commie. The only thing this Mexican commie retard has been ranting on and on about is "diversity", "equality", and garbage like that. The aim of these two corrupt vile idiots is to destroy whatever is left that's still functional in the NYC public school system. This latest move, despite strong parental protests in the affected schools, is to reserve 10% of the classroom seats in these highly desirable, highly functional schools--which happen to have mostly Asian and white kids, surprise--for the LOWEST PERFORMING kids in the city and the next 15% of the seats in these highly desirable, highly functional schools for the second tier of next-lowest-performing kids. It will only take ONE of these kids, who have absolutely zero socialization as to how to sit and behave in a classroom setting, to utterly ruin any learning which may have gone on in a given classroom. Try 25% of the kids in a classroom talking, coming in late all period, throwing stuff, not listening or participating in lessons, not turning in work, and you can plainly see that's the end of yet more functional schools. Recall that Mayor Moron also wants to abolish the entrance exam for the 8 remaining "elite" schools full of scholarly serious students so that his beloved ghetto thugs can then gain entrance to those schools and ruin them, too. Remember, communism doesn't want highs and lows. It wants everything equal--even if that "equal" means everything sucks. Under this moron, everything he touches pretty much does.

Im a victim of the social experimentation of forced busing and desegregation.
The idiots DESTROYED my school system and my education suffered. We didnt mix socially or culturally and the school had to promptly drop liberties like eating off campus and going to the library during lunch hours to maintain safety and discipline.
I had younger siblings that went after me and it got worse and worse implementing more draconian measures to the point that they had assigned seats for lunch tables as the school fell in academic rankings.

Ah, yes. The old leftist racist bugaboo that Black children can’t learn unless they’re next to White and Asian children.

They closed the two city high schools where I lived when going to HS. All they did was ruin the remaining three suburban schools. Everywhere was equally shitty, and the ghetto-tards didn’t pay the same property taxes as successful Whites.

This is really going to piss the minorities off. Anyone following the mainstream commie lib “media” lately knows that minorities no longer want to be associated with honkies. They want their own “schools”, etc.

The states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds the specific power to deal with INTRAstate segregation issues (

In fact, not only are the non-elected, constitutionally impaired bureaucrats running the constitutionally undefined DOE unthinkingly unconstitutionally expanding the already unconstitutionally big federal governments powers, but the DOE has no constitutional justification to exist.

This is what post 23 should look like, some html error.
The states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds the specific power to deal with INTRAstate segregation issues, Brown v. Board of Education wrongly decided against the school imo, or to dictate policy for intrastate schools.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
In fact, not only are the non-elected, constitutionally impaired bureaucrats running the constitutionally undefined DOE unthinkingly unconstitutionally expanding the already unconstitutionally big federal governments powers, but the DOE has no constitutional justification to exist.
