45 days is a joke. She should serve the same sentence a man would have served for rape if her false accusation hadn’t been exposed.
Guy would have gotten 10-20 years probably. She gets 45 days. Boo hoo.
That’s because, far as I know, they are instructed on how to dress etc to win favor with the jury.
Good move by the judge.
A few more charges against women who make false rape charges should stop a lot of it.
Great that the guy still had the text messages.
The sentence should have been longer - and she should have been made to pay the court and law enforcement expenses her false report caused to be incurred.
Its nothing. The guys she lied about were facing 20 years in jail.
She ought to serve the sentence for the crime she lies about. Or in another way, she ouht to serve the sentence those she lied about would have had to serve.
