I think this is changing...especially with the youngest.

The middle-aged/baby boomers/and latter half of millennial generation are the ones most in a muddle.

Well this is certainly news. Why, back hen I was a kid the church parking lot was always full of old ladies waiting impatiently while their grandkids were attending daily mass.

Oh wait, I got that backwards. Yeah, old ladies were always WAY more religious than anyone else.

Senator Moynihan warned us against the long-term effects of ‘defining deviancy down’.

People didn’t want to hear it...

For decades, going back 30-40 years, sports for children has taken away kids from church.

How just schedule the sporting events on Sunday to take children and their parents from Church.

Travel baseball from spring to fall. Football from Sep to Thanksgiving. Soccer, water polo and other sports often are year round, including Sundays.

This is not just public schools doing this. Catholic and other church schools are sponsoring Sunday games/events.

Is this accidental scheduling?

We don’t think so.

It’s because they are arrogant in their self-sufficiency. They don’t think they have anything to learn.

What? What?

Twelve years of being in State Indoctrination Education Factories is having an effect?

And a lifetime of movies from the likes of Harvey Weinsteing, Rob Reiner, and Roman Polanski? News from NBC, NPR, and the New York Times? Gosh, how could this be happening to our young?

It’s obviously because they have faced few hardships in life, and when they have encountered obstacles of their own making, their parents have made excuses for their failings.

And we wonder why our problems are so serious and America haters seem to win most of the battles.
