That’s what I had today.
BBQ’d Giant Sea Bugs, bacon, scallops on skewers. Baked potatoes, butter, and more butter, sour cream and chives.

That’s good stuff, I have watch my carbs, my carb splurge today was the potato.
I absolutely love bread so I always have to compromise when I have a potato, it better be good. I can never have then both unless I really cut the serving size.
Diabetes sucks, it’s like punishment for blowing out your pancreas early on in life by being a glutton. I thought for some time that it be diabetes that would catch up with Anthony Bordain.

The baked potatoes were those little ones that grow in all the different colors and shapes. Who knows what they call em?
