While serving as a bondsman, it was my experience that child protective services is called and we separate the children from their parents.
My point is that illegal immigration is a felony. The children drug along invoke the additional felony of child endangerment to the perpetrators. Illegal immigrants are law breakers to begin with.

And people who break our laws are thrown in jail until their hearing. That's how it works until Congress changes the law.
You want the law changed so that the illegals aren't thrown in jail until a hearing? You want it changed so that they're thrown back across the border once they're snatched up? Get Congress to change the law.
Until that happens, this will keep on being done.
Of course, we know full well it won't happen, because Congress (UniParty) loves the law the way it is - it lets them hit Trump over the head with it.
