Regulations passed in March made it compulsory for bloggers and owners of other online forums such as YouTube channels to register with the government and pay up to $900 for a licence.Does that figure include required bribes for the appropriate Tanzanian government authorities, or are bribes above and beyond that amount?
Does their government have an administrative office set up to coordinate the bribe amounts and recipients, or is there a likelihood that multiple "bribees" must be satisfied in order to keep out of jail?
Also, what is the term of the license (and the accompanying bribes)? Do they need to be renewed every year, or more frequently?

It sounds like blog pimping in Tanzania is worse than whore pimping.
