When I flew MAC/AMC on a flight with civilians or as a civilian it was generally always on time. When we had vehicles loaded on the plane they were good. It was when they were moving us as a unit between point a and point b before or after an exercise that it was not so good, aweful. I think the Air Force had a hard on for jarheads.

Going back and forth from CONUS as a unit was good.

Thinking about it, it was when we were on the tarmac with all our personal military gear waiting to load that it was bad. If we were in a terminal it was much better. Go figure.
