Last week Team Trump released the first indictment of a key player in the Deep State Coup plot, James A. Wolfe. (read the indictment here) A great thing about the indictment is that three reporters, aside from the one he was having a long running affair with, were outed as the co-conspirators in his leaking.

It remains DOJ policy to indict the leakers, not the press who receive the leaks, so we're unlikely to witness perp walks of these four. (In most cases; Julian Assange was indicted for publishing leaks of US classified materials).

Of course press-complicity with the Dems is an old story that was also dramatically revealed in the Podesta email leaks, causing Donna Brazile to be fired from her job at CNN. (And, many others to be outed as shills.)

Here's an interesting article that supports my hypothesis that even the biased MSM will have to report on indictments. L.A. Times:Indicted former Senate staffer appears in court as Russia leak inquiry sets off partisan fireworks.

By Friday morning the case had already begun setting off partisan fireworks. The Breitbart news site and other conservative media dubbed Wolfe a “deep-state leaker,” saying the charges against him bolstered their theory that a cabal of government officials conspired to go after Trump and members of his campaign team after he won the presidency.

I imagine for a lot of the 650,000 readers of the LA Times (print edition) this may be their first exposure to the counter-theory of the Deep State Coup.

We are not quite to the place were the LA Times is covering this story as we would hope ("worse than Watergate", say) but they are at least now reporting the story's interpretation by the opposition press (Breitbart).

And this is why, despite my critics, I still think that indictments and convictions are very important to defeating Mueller.

May the indictments fall like rain.

There are 435 members in the House and 100 members in the Senate. The house is determined by population and therefore, the number of representatives from each state can change…. However, the total number for members in the House is consistent and is always set at 435.

There are 538 Electoral College Electors.

Each State gets one for each Senator and one for each House member. 435+100=535. Washington D.C., by Constiutional Ammendment gets 3 electoral votes, the same as the smallest state.

I disagree with the premise that team Mueller started in 2017. FBI had Manafort under surveillance since 2014.

The fellow in question is Richard Pinedo. Here is a story on him from Newsweek:WHO IS RICHARD PINEDO, WHO PLEADED GUILTY IN MUELLER'S TRUMP-RUSSIA PROBE?

Pinedo plead guilty to Identity Theft, he was using stolen identity and bank accounts to launder payments from Russian Troll Farm to the USA. From the article:

That indictment alleges that the defendants used social security numbers and dates of birth belonging to real U.S. citizens without those people knowing, to open accounts on PayPal, an online payments system. The public court documents against the Russians and Pinedo do not reference each other, but the website for Pinedo’s Auction Essistance said it helps people open PayPal accounts.

Concord Consulting (one the the three Russian businesses indicted by Mueller) has chosen to hire an attorney and contest the charges against them in US Courts, so, presumably as that trial goes on we will learn more details about how Pinedo helped them.

The high score of this is to address the issue of "process crimes", where individuals who are the targets of vindictive prosecutors are indicted for things like "obstructing justice" "lying to the FBI" and "perjury". There are a lot of people (including me) who feel that in many cases these charges are pretty bogus. The Scooter Libby case comes to mind.

So, in thinking about what actually proves either Mueller's theory or the counter theory, I decided to award the highest score to conviction for non-process crimes.

Stealing IDs and using them to subvert laws is a real crime, I think we all can agree on that.

Flynn's guilty plea, on the other hand, looks more and more bogus as we learn more.

I may need to add a new item for "guilty plea rejected for proprietorial misconduct", if Flynn ends up getting off, which their are signs he may.

Actually most YOUTUBE transcripts are autogenerated by software. That means that the software sometimes transcribes words phonetically - so peoples names may come out as a combination of words. One man spoke too indistinctly for the software to understand so it spelled Cue, Queue, c you, U, canon (for Q Anon) - many variation in one video. Usually autogenerated transcripts will spell a few words wrong consistently. H and = 8chan on one video transcript I read.
