Here in California we worry about earthquakes and the new shoreline will be Barstow. Well Hawaii has the reverse problem. What used to be shoreline property is now Barstow.

It’s worthless.
Totally, 100% worthless.
Same with the new acreage produced by Pu’u O’o in Kalapana. Useless. Takes a few hundred years to develop soil with plants growing. Plus the new stuff is right at sea level.
