For centuries, women have been experts at juggling their relationships, careers, children, health and home all at once.
The weight of maintaining this balancing act has increased exponentially over the past two decades, to the point that more women than ever are reporting feelings of exhaustion, anxiety and depression.
In fact, many are on the brink of a serious burnout.
A study published by the Australian National University found that the healthy working week for women should be limited to 34 hours, compared to 47 hours for men.

Wow. Could this possibly be any more insulting?! Feminism is dead.
Whatever it takes to punish white men......
As life has become better and better, and easier and easier, on just about all fronts, it has become harder and harder for women. Go figure!
A smart modern woman would identify as a man while she’s at work. That way she can be nearly 50% more productive. Then she could identify as a chicken each evening and have fresh eggs for breakfast the next morning. That’s how identity politics works, isn’t it?
They want it both ways:
1. There is no difference between men and women, they are exactly the same and must be treated the same
2. Men and women are different and must be treated differently.
What about the sex changers?
Probably will be more of them.
So let me guess, they can make 50K for 34hrs and men get 50K for 47hrs? And it is fair? And the sexes are equal?
This kind of study points out the truth... Women aren’t men.
Rosie the Riveter has morphed into Wilma the Whinger.
Shorter hours, but no doubt for the same or more pay.
Same pay as full-time workers though, right?
E-mail/phone call/text message sent thousands of times per day:
‘Can we postpone the meeting? My kid went home sick from school.’
But don’t you dare dock their pay for absenteeism!
Exactly right.
Women can be fierce warriors in combat, schlep their 95 pound packs, and and carry their 225 pound downed colleague a mile to safety — no problem!
But the same frail woman can’t handle the daily stress of a job and family life.
Sheesh...
And of course at proportionally less Monday.
Whose glass ceiling??
That is never ever going to fly, especially with the wage gap. Most women need those hours and will often work overtime. My old boss used to let us bank hours of overtime as straight time instead of giving us time-and-a-half in the next paycheck because doing so was in both his and our favor.
I am not going to say "women", because many of them, including the one I am married to, are a different breed than feminists. Feminists want to work shorter hours and still take home the same pay as men. Real women understand there are trade-offs and sometimes less money for shorter commute time, flexible hours, etc. are worth it.

N.B, not referring to all the hard working conservative women who play by the rules, and make America great!
the weaker sex, and all that
