I have said it b4 & I’ll say it again.

Only local bowling leagues have longer seasons.
(Labor Day to Memorial Day).
I watched a special on the 1986 Celtics (Bird, McHale, Parrish, Walton, DJ, Ainge, etc) the day before game 7 against the Cavs.
It is a totally different game today, almost unrecognizable. Sure, some of these guys are maybe even more talented - but they play a mainly selfish game today. Sad.
I said last week if the NBA is still rigged, the Cavs and Warriors will both win their last two games to reach the NBA Finals.
The suits at ABC/Disney have wanted a LeBron vs. Durant finals and, by golly, they got them, despite neither team having the best record in their conference. Oh, it’s good for ratings/drama to make it look like the Cavs and Warriors might fail but, in the end, the league pulls it out for them.
I share the sentiment. And Rick Barry never got the credit he deserved as a player.
