“Cotton bud” is apparently the British form of “cotton swab”.
A balloon stick seems to be what the name describes, i.e. a stick that is designed to hold a balloon, sometimes with a suction cup on one end.
“....a stick that is designed to hold a balloon”...
They ban the stick but never mentioned the balloon. What?
