TO para-phrase Laura Ingraham, shut up and cook. My guess he is closing these down in regards to these being assets he could loose, their is a legal angle here for sure. I am a but rusty on the Biz-Law courses I took to come up the scenarios, were by in which he is doing this.

I did an internet search on him as you requested. I don't follow the celebrity chef scene (but I do like to cook at home) so didn't know much about him. I do know that celebrity chefs tend to be leftists - i.e. Tony Bourdain, Gordon Ramsey. Not sure why that is. But this guy takes the cake. He just radiates hate and intolerance. Ugly to the core.
